Memories

My sweet girl,

 

Tonight I want to remember your smile & your contagious laughter. Your love for life & your free spirit.

 

I want to remind myself that it's ok to keep looking back, as long as I'm also looking ahead.

 

That even though our memories are of happier times, with you in them...we can still make more memories, with you still in them.

 

 

Of course that doesn't mean we'll ever stop missing you.

 

But this is one way to bring you back to me, even if only for a moment. A perfect moment, caught in a perfect shot, in a not-so-perfect life.
